Terms & Conditions

30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE – If on arrival you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a refund.
If found to be faulty upon delivery, we will gladly replace the hay net for a new one. Prior to exchange, photos of the fault need to be provided.
Refunds will only be given if the product is returned in its original packaging, clean and unused. Please contact us prior to sending your parcel back.
Shipping costs for returns are at the purchasers expense. The original postage will not be refunded.
No refunds or returns will be given on used hay nets (no other Australian slow feed supplier offers this) as it is impossible to predict how an individual horse or animal will react to the hay net, or whether the instructions were followed correctly. In addition, used hay nets are not returnable for hygiene and disease control reasons.
Just Grazin® hay nets can be used with horses as well as livestock such as sheep, cattle, goats, donkey’s and alpaca’s. However, we DO NOT recommend our hay nets be used for livestock with horns. Horned animals pose a high risk of becoming tangled in the netting. Horses or livestock with halters/headstalls/rugs or any other equipment, could become tangled in the netting, so we recommend they don’t have access to the hay net during these times.
If your horse is shod or has cracks/chips in its hooves, we advise you must either tie the hay net up out of reach of hooves, or use a hay feeder, box or some sort of physical barrier. Whatever you choose to use, it must safely prevent your horses’ hooves coming into contact with the hay net. The drawstring must be secured in such a way horses/livestock have no chance of becoming entangled in it. It is your responsibility to check your horse, pony or livestock with their Just Grazin® hay nets. Make sure their hooves do not have access to the netting and also check for any damage to the net. We recommend doing this at least daily.
Just Grazin® will not accept any responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur from the use of our products. Due to the unpredictable nature of horses and livestock, individual use by customers, and many other unknown factors, all responsibility falls onto the owner, carer, trainer, manager, leasee, or anyone else responsible for the horse and livestock’s individual care.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
